Question 1

How much does water delivery cost?

Accepted Answer

Our pricing is transparent: Service fees are tiered (1 bottle: $10.00, 2 bottles: $12.50, 3 bottles: $15.00, 4 bottles: $17.50, 5 bottles: $20.00) plus water costs (Purified: $0.65/gallon, Alkaline: $1.25/gallon). First-time customers get $5 off!

Question 2

What is the delivery time?

Accepted Answer

Our typical delivery window is 45-60 minutes after order confirmation. We operate daily from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time. You can also place an advance order any time — it will be fulfilled when we open.

Question 3

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We currently serve Escondido and surrounding neighborhoods. Contact us to confirm delivery to your specific location.

Question 4

How does Wata2Go work?

Accepted Answer

Place an order and choose your water type and bottle quantity. Leave your empty bottles in a visible location for pickup. We pick them up, refill them locally, and deliver the refilled bottles back to your door.

Question 5

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe at the time you place your order.

Question 6

Where does the refill water come from?

Accepted Answer

We refill bottles at local water stores whenever possible. If a local water store is closed or not practical for the delivery location, we may use a vetted local water kiosk instead. A courtesy bottle rinse is available only when the selected refill location offers it, and rinses are not available at every location, especially self-service kiosks.

Question 7

Do you provide water caps?

Accepted Answer

When we refill a 3- or 5-gallon jug, we provide a standard dispenser-ready snap-on cap. Standard caps do not fit threaded or screw-top jugs, so customers should keep and provide the original compatible cap. Wata2Go does not currently supply replacement screw-on caps.
